Great British Button Challenge

Hobbycraft want to get Britain sewing! They’re giving out free buttons to schools, and challenging teachers to bring sewing back into UK classrooms.

The 2018 Hobbycraft Report surveyed 10,000 people and found that 1 in 5 people in the UK can’t sew on a button.

Teachers can pop into their local Hobbycraft to collect their free buttons and stickers and download activity ideas. There’s a competition too!
